About the Author
Susan G. Baird is head of Patron Services for the Oak Lawn Public Library in Illinois. She began selecting audiobooks for the Oak Lawn Public Library in 1988, after successfully convincing the Friends of the Library to fund a core audiobook collection. She has served as reviewer for "AudioFile" magazine since 1992 and has been a judge for three Audio Publishers Association (APA) Audie Awards. She also serves on the APA's Library Outreach Committee. She has an MLS from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
