Town) -

Lately, I've been working more and more with long distance workers. This book offers a lot of actionable advice on keeping mobile workers focused and dedicated.

Nearly all the members of my work team are scattered around the country, and there's not much difference between a mobile workforce (as it is called in this book's title) and a distributed working group. This book has good ideas for making the distance between you and your coworkers or employees feel less significant and for increasing productivity.
