My kids love anything R.L. Stine writes. The books are interesting, fun and easy for 3rd graders to read. They enjoy discussing them with and sharing the books in their circle of friends.

This book and others in the Rotten School series have kept my 9 year old son interested in reading. They are funny and have simple plots that he can understand and relate to. He picks them up without prompting and reads them quite frequently. This is very important in my case as we live in Costa Rica and he gets most of his information in Spanish. This book helps keeps him using and thinking in English.

My son loves these books! Before I couldn't get him to read enough now he can't put them down.
